      Software Update and Licensing Portal Screenshot Example

      Log into the http://www.hp.com/go/hpsoftwareupdatesupport portal,
     enter your SAID #, then clicked on "Get software updates":

     Now you will be able to click on links on this screen to:
      o "Get Software" (for the bits),
      o "Get Documentation" (for documents such as the Cover Letter)
      o "Request Phyiscal Software Delivery" (for hard media version)
    for every product on the customer contract.
